หากท่านได้รับหนังสือของสำนักพิมพ์เฮอร์มิทที่ชำรุดจากกระบวนการผลิตจนมีผลต่อการอ่าน เช่น หน้ากระดาษฉีกขาด ( โดนตัวหนังสือ ) จำนวนหน้าไม่ครบ หน้าซ้ำ หน้ากระดาษกลับหัว ตัวหนังสือเปื้อนหมึกเลอะเลือนจนอ่านไม่ได้  ทางสำนักพิมพ์ยินดีเปลี่ยนหนังสือเล่มใหม่ให้ โดยหนังสือต้องไม่มีการแปลงสภาพใด ๆ นับแต่ท่านได้รับ

กรณีกล่องสะสมจั่วปัง  มีช่องว่างรอยต่อของกระดาษ รอยเหลื่อมของภาพตามขอบและมุม รอยยับของกระดาษตามรอยพับมุม รอยเปื้อนหรือรอยยับของกระดาษรองภายในกล่อง เพียงเล็กน้อย  ถือเป็นสิ่งที่พบเจอได้ในงานทำมือ ดังนั้นไม่ถือว่าเป็นสินค้ามีตำหนิ

หากพบปัญหานอกเหนือจากนี้ สามารถติดต่อสำนักพิมพ์ได้ทุกช่องทาง เพื่อพิจารณาไปเป็นกรณี   หนังสือหรือกล่องสะสมชำรุดจากการขนส่งไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ ขอให้ติดต่อไปรษณีย์ไทยหรือไปรษณีย์ในเขตพื้นที่
